Marilynn’s property was super special and made my family feel right at home! The pool was great for children, the projector was perfect in the evenings and the game room was a favorite.

Loved our stay. Perfect environment for kiddos and doggies. Watching movies at night with the projector was such a highlight from our trip!

We loved our stay! The backyard was sooo great! It was a hectic weekend of graduation and birthdays, and relaxing in the backyard was really special. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen super! The hosts were super communicative and helpful. Would stay again for sure!

We were celebrating 4 family birthdays. It's an annual thing we do. We always seek out interesting places with spacious accommodations in a nice area. After much research we settled on Atascadero as our general locale and Marilyn's chateau as our home base. Throughout the entire booking process Marilyn was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. She stayed on top of things through regular emails, texts and messages. When we arrived access was as simple as ABC. Plenty of parking and keyless entry which is now the current norm is most places now. The chateau was clean, airy and comfortable. The bedrooms both size and number accommodated us all. Backyard games. Cool dip pool and hot tub! We took advantage of outdoor screen and projector and watched a movie every nite. The play room was fun w its own bath. Freeway a few minutes away. Area is great for walking. Couldn't have been quieter. Grounds in great shape. Plenty of outdoor seating. Definitely a 5 star spot!!
